Carson’s Table is a Northshore restaurant in downtown Mandeville, arriving at the foot of the Mandeville Trailhead near the lakefront. Opening soon, we will serve elevated Louisiana cuisine, the menu features scratch-made dishes, in-house butchery, hand-crafted cocktails, and an extensive wine selection. Enjoy relaxed, woodsy dining downstairs or an intimate, refined experience upstairs—along with wine dinners, local art, and more.

CARSON WANDELL
Founded by Chef Carson Wandell, Carson's Table is led by more than 20 years of kitchen leadership and deep-rooted Louisiana culinary experience. Chef Carson's approach blends home-style Southern comfort with elevated presentation, honoring tradition while refining every detail.
Known for Southern smothered favorites, perfectly deep-fried classics, and ever-changing daily specials, his menus are driven by locally sourced ingredients and seasonal inspiration. From thoughtfully curated wine tasting dinners to plates that feel both familiar and elevated, Chef Carson brings heart, heritage, and craftsmanship to every dish at Carson’s Table.
