Carson’s Table is a Northshore restaurant at the foot of the Mandeville Trailhead serving fresh Louisiana cuisine. Every dish is prepared in an entirely scratch kitchen with thoughtfully sourced ingredients—from hand-cut steaks, butchered by Chef Carson, to house-made sauces and seasonal specials. Our bar program features tableside cocktail service and an extensive wine list curated by our in-house sommelier, with selections for both everyday dining and special occasions. Enjoy relaxed, woodsy dining downstairs or an intimate, refined experience upstairs—along with wine dinners, local art and more.

Meet Chef

CARSON WANDELL

After leading award-winning kitchens for over 20 years, Chef Carson Wandell returned to the Northshore to open his restaurant near his family. His menu reflects the flavors of Louisiana while embracing modern culinary techniques. Seasonal ingredients from local producers inspire dishes that feel comforting, familiar, and thoughtfully elevated. At Carson’s Table, every plate reflects Chef Carson’s commitment to hospitality,
craftsmanship, and community.

Reservations will be recommended for dinner and are available online. Enjoy a relaxed experience in our downstairs dining room and bar, or a more polished, formal experience upstairs. For lunch service, guests are welcome to walk in and enjoy the downstairs dining room and bar at their leisure. Guest will typically dine in business casual attire, though you are more than welcome to dress up to enjoy a special evening.

A corkage free applies for guests who wish to bring their own bottles of wine.
